New contemporary dwelling, Tilford, Surrey

This infill site in a sought after road was highlighted as an appropriate place for development by Guildford Borough Council within their Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment. The new house was designed in an Arts and Crafts style and took inspiration from the work of C.F.A Voysey. Following receipt of planning permission we then prepared the Building Regulation and Construction Drawings and inspected the quality of the work on site. The new dwelling was constructed by North Downs Construction of Guildford and we were very impressed by their workmanship.
