Extensions and alterations to a Victorian dwelling in Richmond, Surrey

Our brief for the project was to replace the existing conservatory and extend the property whilst improving the symmetry of the rear elevation.  The dwelling was designated a Building of Townscape Merit and is located within a Conservation Area. Therefore, the external appearance of the proposal was carefully considered to reflect the existing character and detail of the original building. (Photographs provided by Light IQ Ltd)
