Development of 93 units, West Sussex
We are currently working on the design of a large residential development near to the South Downs National Park in West Sussex. An outline planning application will be submitted shortly. MCA are consistently involved in the design of substantial housing developments, which we specialise in.
The scheme will provide a mix of much needed market and affordable housing for the district. It includes biodiversity and landscape mitigation and enhancement measures, sensitively designed sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDs) and the provision of a play area for very young children. Existing tree lines are preserved and augmented with extensive new planting. Low grade agricultural fields to the north are enhanced for biodiversity, natural green space and facilities for young people. The development includes a shop, café, pharmacy and community facilities.
