Extensions and Alterations to Dwelling, Dunsfold, Surrey

Reputedly built in 1820, it is one of the landmark village houses and located centrally within the Conservation Area overlooking the common. Planning permission was secured for the dwelling to be extended and completely renovated with works that included a rear and side two storey and single storey extensions (including covered veranda), re-tiling the roof in slate, new entrance porch, alterations to the garage and the insertion of new windows and doors. Our appointment included the preparation of full construction drawings and as part of our works the internal layout was consolidated and brought up to modern standards.
